Message From the Principal

Welcome Deer Chase "Trailblazers". This school year is a new beginning for a wonderful staff and awesome children. As your principal, I look forward to a great and rewarding year for all of the Deer Chase Family team.

Many great educational events have been planned for your children, and I know they will have an exciting "Trailblazing" year.  Our teachers are highly qualified and have planned their instruction with full emphasis on the Georgia Performance Standards.

In closing, I personally want to welcome all our family members and friends to come and visit our beautiful facility. Please feel free to call the front office (706-772-6240) for a scheduled visit and observe all the wonderful opportunities afforded to our children.

The vision of Deer Chase Elementary School is to promote the highest standards of learning and behavior in our students. This will be achieved by providing a rigorous curriculum, which will demand the highest performance expectations in academics, personal conduct and self-responsibility. The parents, community and school will work as an alliance to certify that our students learn and become productive citizens of a forever changing society.
